The Eager Beaver Chip Company was founded in 1950 by Carl E. Mistler of Progress Dam, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Mistler believed that a potato chip should taste the same every time. This belief guides the Company today.

The Company has been family owned and operated for three generations. The original building continues to meet the Company's needs.

Today, Eager Beaver chips are enjoyed in Progress Dam and in the surrounding areas, and we are proud of that.
